4.3 Shipping Methods: Packages will be shipped by default via air freight to Jamaica. Shipments may also travel via sea freight. Users may choose their preferred shipping method.

4.4 Delivery Options: Users can collect packages at Smart Ship Couriers Ja office. Delivery to a designated address is also available when delivery services are offered.

5. Tracking and Pre-Alerting

5.1 Tracking: Users can track the status and location of their packages as they move through the shipping process.

5.2 Pre-Alerting: Users can submit invoices and other required documentation through the web application in advance, facilitating a smoother customs clearance process.
